MrQ is rapidly growing, and they felt their current brand no longer represented what they were about and who they were becoming. They also wanted to bring together their many new hires and existing team members through powerful employer branding. Together, we embarked on an exciting collaboration, developing a strategy and new identity for the brand. As a first step, through a series of interviews with employees and management team, we got the real scoop on who MrQ is and who they want to be. The data gathered was used to form the brand strategy and helped crystallise their vision, values, target audience, and tone of voice.
We created a new logo and brand identity for MrQ, to reflect their new strategy and vision. The brand was specifically developed for online use and was applied to marketing material and also the product. As part of the brand, extensive guidelines were developed to maintain consistency and a fresh approach every time, by the internal design team.

Merch
We designed a special line of merch for MrQ including stickers, hoodies, tees, water bottles and totes. All came packaged in a neat MrQ custom box to give out to new beginners and clients.
